Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Algo Analytics enrollments confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Corporate Practice Circle contracts may include custom refund terms that prevail if they conflict with this page.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials and have not attended a live lab session. Requests after day 14 are considered under partial-refund rules below.

Full refund conditions

Full refunds are granted when the request is timely, materials access remains below the threshold above, and no completion certificate has been issued. We may also offer a full refund if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date.

Partial refunds

Between day 15 and the midpoint of a live cohort, we may refund 50% of tuition if you withdraw for documented medical or relocation reasons. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable except where Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom data preparation billed separately for Practice Circle engagements, and completed one-off coaching hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@algoanalytics.digital with your invoice number, full name, course name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days for international wires.

Cancellation by Algo Analytics

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition.

Learner cancellations & rescheduling

You may transfer a Field Guide Seat or Detection Suite enrollment to a later start date once, with at least seven days’ notice, subject to seat availability. Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee disclosed at the time of request.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable Korean law. Force majeure events may delay delivery; in those cases we offer transfer first, then refund if delivery cannot resume within 90 days.
